Powderline Base is free. Stoke and Shred add a Pod to ski with your people; compare the plans. Subscriptions are bought on powderline.com.

Go to Profile, then Subscription, then Manage subscription. There you can switch between Stoke and Shred or monthly and yearly, update your card, or cancel.

When you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you've already paid for. Then your account moves to Base and you aren't charged again.

Payments aren't refunded for part of a billing period, but if something went wrong, email us and we'll look at it. In the UK or EEA you can cancel within 14 days of subscribing; see the Terms of Use.

Powderline is run by Kidsanity LLC, so charges show under that name. If a charge still doesn't look right, email us before disputing it with your bank.

Your plan stays on while the card is retried. Update your card in Manage subscription to keep it.

A score out of 100 for each resort today. It weighs new snow, base depth, temperature and visibility, and it's updated through the day.

A Pod is a group that skis together: a family, a team, a coach with athletes and parents. Anyone can join one with an invite code. Creating one comes with Stoke (you and up to 5 others) or Shred (up to 20). Location sharing is in the Powderline app.

From OpenStreetMap, the open map anyone can edit, via OpenSkiMap. If a run or lift is missing or wrong, it's usually missing there too; tell us and we'll look into it.
